Apple Crisp |

3/4 cup quick cooking oats |

Spray shallow 2-quart glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Mix oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon together. Remove 1/2 cup and reserve for topping. Peel and slice apples. In a medium bowl, toss together apples, raisins and oats mixture. Arrange in baking dish. Sprinkle reserved topping over all. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes. |
