Chicken Parmesan

1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/2 cup fat-free grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 13x9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Mix mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and oregano together.

Cut each chicken breast in half lengthwise to make 8 long strips. Arrange in baking dish. Spread a thick layer of mayonnaise mixture onto each piece.

Bake 35-40 minutes or until cooked through.

Serves 4
