Chicken Parmesan |

1 cup fat-free mayonnaise |

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 13x9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Mix mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and oregano together. Cut each chicken breast in half lengthwise to make 8 long strips. Arrange in baking dish. Spread a thick layer of mayonnaise mixture onto each piece. Bake 35-40 minutes or until cooked through. Serves 4 |
